How do I create a user account in my Organizational Unit (OU) in Central Services?

Note: You must be the administrator of your OU in Central Services in order to create a user account.
Start your OU's custom Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
Notes:
This was sent to you via e-mail upon creation of your Central Services OU.
The MMC icon looks like a hammer and is labeled with your department name.
When the console loads, there will be two panes. The pane on the left contains a tree view directory for your OU, and the right pane contains the computer, user, or group accounts in your OU.
Right-click in the right pane, select New, and then select User.
In the First Name text box, type the person's first name.
In the Initials text box, type the person's middle initial.
In the Last Name text box, type the person's last name.
From the User Logon Name drop-down list, select cntrlsrvs.w2k.vt.edu.
Click Next.
In the Password text box, type a password for the account you are creating.
Place a check in the User Must Change Password at Next Logon check box.
