1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
3. Select the General tab.
• In Internet Explorer 5/6:
  1. Click the Delete Files button.
  2. Click OK.
• In Internet Explorer 7:
  1. Click Delete...
  2. Click Delete All
  3. In the box asking for confirmation, click Yes.
  4. Click Close
4. In the Internet Options window, click OK.
5. Restart your computer.
