How do I forward from my VT Mail account?

-
Log on to My VT (http://my.vt.edu/) using your PID and password.
Notes:
-
If you want to be warned when you are being logged on to another Virginia Tech service automatically, place a check in the Warn Me Before Logging On to Other Virginia Tech Websites check box. You must place a check in this check box each time you log on to My VT.
-
If you have forgotten your password, call 4Help at (540) 231-4357.

Under the E-mail Forwarding section, add or remove mail forwarding.

If you want to turn on mail forwarding:

Click the Enable Forwarding button.
-
In the text box, type the e-mail address to which you want to forward your VT Mail.
-
Click the OK button.
-
If you want to turn off mail forwarding, click the Disable Forwarding button.

To verify that the change was successful, a green message will be under "VT Mail Settings":
-
"Successfully added forwarding to: [E-mail address to which you are forwarding your VT Mail messages]"
-
"Successfully removed forwarding address."
-
Click the Log Off button.
