Question:

I use Junk Mail Manager (JMM) and did not receive an e-mail message that I know was sent to me. How do I find this message?

Answer:

If you fail to receive legitimate mail that you know has been sent:

Use the JMM interface at the VT Junk Mail Manager Web site (http://junk.mail.vt.edu/) to verify that the mail is not there.
Check your e-mail forwarding settings. Refer to Turning On or Off Forwarding From Your VT Mail Account (http://www.answers.vt.edu/ask4help/email/vtkb1870.htm) to verify that you are not forwarding your mail.
Ask to have the e-mail resent to you.
